Pulling Canadians out of the Laban!!!

Paid a visit to Laban with Ashliegh, who used to work for green roofs for healthy cities . We met up in Washington and she was over to hand her thesis at CAT. She wanted to see a roof so pleasant sunday afternoon up on the laban. She was quite impressed, taking loads of pictures of the plants and the bees on the roof. We had a good discussion of brown roofs green roofs and living roofs, whilst I spent my time pulling up the fleabane that is a bit invasive – when she asked me why I was pulling them out, she was quite amused with my response -’Pulling Canadian invasives out of my roof. The culprits being Canadaian Fleabane!!!!!
